This workshop explores the power of icebreakers to enrich music, teaching, and life by fostering connections and a sense of community ("faellesskab"). Through playful games and exercises, we’ll break down social barriers, allowing participants to feel more present, creative, and open. Music and movement guide many activities, helping individuals find their role within the group while recognizing and valuing each other’s uniqueness. Icebreakers encourage eye contact, name-sharing, and friendly interaction, setting a welcoming and positive tone. By stepping out of our usual roles, we create space for both quieter voices to be heard and strong leaders to see new perspectives. At this workshop you will meet Kristoffer Fynbo Thorning & Tine Fris-Ronsfeld. The language will be English, but you are welcome to write your questions and comments in your own language.
